Location : Selwo Hills / Andalucia / SpainA newly decorated, ground floor, two-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment nestling in the Selwo Hills, just five minutes east of Estepona. Tastefully furnished as a prestigious apartment. Los Altos de Lunymar is just 45 minutes by car, midway between Malaga and Gibraltar airports which between them have over 50 flights a day from the UK Accommodation The Apartment Two bedrooms, with twin beds/double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge, enables us to accommodate four to six people. There's ample wardrobe and drawer space in each of the bedrooms, with coat hangers provided. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower and there is a second shower room/toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest electrical appliances - fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The combined lounge/dining area has a dining table and chairs and two comfortable sofas. TV/DVD and CD player The Terrace and Garden Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead onto a spacious patio with dining table andchairs, sun loungers and padded seats in the walls. Steps lead down into a small garden area with decking and lemon, bay and mandarin trees. A gas barbecue gives you the opportunity to make the most of the enormous terrace in this wonderful climate. The terrace overlooks thetropical gardens, swimming pools, orange and lemon groves and has views of the sea.
