This luxurious new apartment is available in the Buena Vista area of the popular yet relaxed resort of Roquetas de Mar. It is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is one double bedroom, a tiled marble bathroom, and an open plan living room with kitchenette and dining area. The balcony is larger than average, south facing and overlooks the pool. The apartment is equipped with a 26” LCD TV, CD radio and DVD player, and a good quality leather sofa bed. There is a communal pool and separate children’s pool, both open May-September and communal gardens. The apartment is suitable for both disabled people and children, since it benefits from an elevator. Baby equipment (cot, highchair) is available free of charge. The apartment is in a convenient position, handy for the beach and between the popular Playa Serena area and the marina, which has a more Spanish feel. The costa Almeria is a great place to bring your family on holiday it is well known for its walm dry climate. There are many things to see and do such as Minihollywood the cowboy theme park situated in the sorbas dessert The province of Almeria is well known for its hot dry climate. It is the warmest part of Europe and is officially classed as the desert of Europe. Almeria offers a different world away from the usual tourist attractions of Soain as it is very mountainous with sunbaked terrain.There is plenty of places to visit including Mini Hollywood the wild west town. In August, Almeria shuts down for a fiesta. This brings plenty of attractions such as fairgrounds, circuses and much much more entertainment. There are many places to visit including the water park of Roquetas de Mar ,Roquetas aquarium .The markets of Roquetas de Mar and Vicar as well as the Grand Plaza shopping centre. Roquetas de Mar is a lovely Spanish coastal resort .You can enjoy long walks along the lovely seafront to the port where you will find plenty of good restaurants or bars .You can also find in Roquetas a aquarium ,water park ,go kart track and in there is also a grand plaza shopping centre .There is a market in Roquetas for bargain hunters. The apartment is available at a rate of 200-420 Euros per week, depending on season, with discounts for longer stays. Monthly and longterm rates are also available-please enquire. Roquetas de Mar is popular during the Winter months with it's mild climate. Bookings will be confirmed with a 30% reservation deposit, payable via paypal , cheque or bank transfer. Airport transfers from Almeria are available, as well as welcome packs of groceries.
