They are situated in a secluded area with private road and access to residents and their guests only. Our GPS coordinates are: N 34 59 1111 E 33 39 3752 The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, including organic produce, a supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry & dry cleaners, bakery, gym, an animal ranch with horse & donkey rides and even go-carting and bowling. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants and bars. Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen. The International Airport is 20, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within thirty minutes, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour. All the villas are furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards and they feature: Upstairs Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two or three twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating. The bungalow has a dining room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, a studio, a living room, a front garden and a back garden. The bungalow is not attached to it's neighbour houses. The diningroom has a dining table with 4 chairs and a closet with some wine cups. Attached to it is the open kitchen with microwave, blender, coffeemachine, dishwasher machine, refrigerator with deepfreezer, a stove with 4 heaters. The living room has a salon table, a smaller table, a sleeping couch which can be used for 2 people, 2 chairs, airconditioning and a small inside garden with some cactusses. The bedroom has a doble bed, airconditioning, a big closet with mirrors, cable tv with many channels in english, a dvd player with dvd's, a chair and tv furniture. The studio has 2 hammocks and a closet. On request we can put another bed here. The room has plenty of space for that... The bathroom has a sink with hot a cold water, a toilet and offcourse a shower. The front garden has a automatic gate with remote control and it's possible to put a car inside the property. Further it has a garden table and 2 chairs. The back garden has 2 lying chairs, a small table and a small shed with a washing machine for washing your cloth. You have all the convenience in this house! The location: The bungalow is located in the north of Merida. After the downtown this is the most dynamic part of Merida. There are many shops, big malls even with a icetrack (Liverpool) and it's on the road to Progresso where the inhabitants from Merida go for a swim in the sea. A busstop is at 50 m of the house and every 10 minutes is leaving a bus direction downtown. It's a 20 minutes drive with the bus to arrive there. From there you can have busses to many destinations. The cost to go downtown is only 5 pesos p.p. There is a pharmacie, a small supermarket, a internetcafe at only 100 m away from the house. At 250 m there is a big supermarket, a subway, a cafe/restaurant Havana, a blockbuster, a bank, a cardealer, a doctor, etc etc. There is a park 1 block away where you have a free WIFI connection. Ideally situated for touring the best sites of the Dordogne, this lovely traditional old property is on the edge of a small village next to the countryside and a walk to the local shop,and restaurant. It has been fully restored to give modern accommodation with 4 bedrooms and fully fitted kitchen. There is a large garden with private pool, fenced and alarmed for your security. A covered terrace surrounds the house on two sides, facing the pool and garden with outside garden table and chairs for eating alfresco on those warm sunny evenings. From the terrace there is an open view across the garden to the west and the Chateau de Montreal. The large garden has children's swings and outdoors table tennis and other games. The pool is a 5m x 10m infinity pool with varying depth from 1.20m to 1.80m. INSIDE THE PROPERTY Entering the property there is a good sized fully fitted kitchen / dining room with large (expanding) dining table. There is everything you need to cook and serve a lovely French meal to enjoy inside or out on the terrace. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas/electric hob and extractor, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. From the kitchen access leads through to the large lounge with ample seating, a chimney, a small television (French and foreign channels including International news channels and BBC World service).
