Delightful apartment (40m2) in a six apartment condiminium, just 100 meters from the sea (rocky shores and samll beaches), overlooking to a olive orchard in an elevated position. 2km Tellaro(shop with essentials, 50 m from the house a shuttle bus service in every 15 minutes to Lericie, golf, horse riding, tennis, cycling, sailing, yoga, swimming). The open plan interior is light , airy, beautully furnished in blue and white with wooden floors. Bedroom: there is one king size luxury bed (orthopedic) for extra comfort, and a fitted wardrobe. Spacious sitting/dining room with table, chairs, sofa bed and TV. Fully fitted kitchenette with fridge, electronic hob and microwaves. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and washing machine. There is a delightul terazzo (8m20 with sun bed, dining chairs and sun sahde. It has sun all afternoon for private sunbathing, and birds sing to wake you in the morning. Ideal for a sea side holiday cycling, hill walking. The aprtment is available for two adults and one child from the age of 10 (can sleep on the sofa bed), strikly for non-smokers, change overs from Saurday-to-Saturday, refundable deposit Euro 150, care-taker is Loreta, who will be receiving guests. Extra cleaning can be arrnged with her. Bed linen, towels ar avaiable, beach towels on request. The aprtment is in walking distance from several private and public (free) beaches and a short bus drive away there is the luxurious Lerici Lido. In the local Hotel Fiashcerino thre is a sea water swimming pool available for a daily charge. 25% deposit is due aon booking, deposits are non-refundable on the events of cancellation, and the full sum is due 4 weeks before departure. Heating is chargeable in the winter season. Prices include fixed cleaning on arrival and change-over charge.

It has been completely modernised and decorated throughout in a simple traditional Provencal style. The apartment has private access via an external spiral staircase, a private courtyard and secure private parking. Our local key holder is English. She will show you the apartment on arrival and check you out on departure. She lives in the village and knows the area well. The Gite is listed with the Remoulins tourist office and has received classification of 'deux cléfs' (two keys) from the Clévacances registration body. This offers you peace of mind it has been officially inspected and approved. The accommodation of approximately 60 sq metres comprises: * Kitchen/dining/living area. A modern and well-equipped kitchen is at one end, adjacent is the the dining area, and at the far end is the seating area with two couches providing comfortable seating for four with a wall mounted flat screen television. * Shower room. * Bedroom one with double bed. * Bedroom two with two single beds. *Toilet. *From the kitchen area, an external spiral staircase leads down to a small, traditional courtyard/garden with a wooden table and four chairs. A barbecue is built-in against one wall, with a lavender plant in the centre and honeysuckle and a vine growing up the front wall. This area also offers scope for secure parking behind the lockable front gates. St Hilaire D’Ozilhan is a delightful traditional sleepy French village situated on the border of Languedoc-Rousillon and Provence in the beautiful wine growing region of Cote du Rhone. It has one boulangerie, one quiet bar, and one restaurant located in the hotel. There is a church, a town hall, a petanque square and five wineries. The old part of the village has quaint buildings, narrow streets, arches, and is typically French. It is surrounded by fields of vines and olive trees. It is quiet and relaxing. The Gite is ideally suited for access to so many of the top tourist attractions of the Region. The nearest and most famous is the world heritage site of the Pont du Gard. As well as the bridge, the river becomes a hive of family activity in the summer. There is swimming in the river, small ‘beach’ areas and canoes to hire. There are two restaurants. For the more active there are opportunities for kayaking, cycling, walking, riding and swimming. To the North of St Hilaire d’Ozilhan the ancient town of Uzes is just twenty minutes leisurely drive away. The medieval town is a maze of small streets and shaded squares lined with 17th and 18th century private residences. To the West you have the city of Nimes with its Roman amphitheatre. A similar distance to the East is the world famous city of Avignon with its famous Pont d’Avignon. Finally to the South there is the dramatic Camargue.

A rustic cottage fully restored to its original appearance, with exposed stone walls, wooden beams and wooden floor and tiled ground floor. The river Vendee ideal for fishing is less than 5 km away. Approx an hour away is Futuroscope, the science and technology theme park near Poitiers The Puy du Fou historic theme park with its day attractions, the summer evening concerts and displays is within 60 km. The Vendee apart from its beauty, is filled with history and fine architecture, notably the Abbaye de Maillezais and the Abbaye Royale in Nieul.
