Comprising of high quality, executive villas in a lovely peaceful Setting, yet only a short distance from the many golf courses, shops and restaurants, located in a ideal position at the junction of highway 27 and the “192”. Why be squashed and cramped in a motel room or a small villa when you can have a 5 bed 3.5 bath 2.700sq ft fully furnished, air conditioned villa that sleeps 10, (no need for a sofa bed).The property is over 2 floors. The villa is light and airy and consists of 5 bedrooms all on the first floor, a large family room, dining area, lounge, patio doors to pool and patio (alarmed for your little ones safety)large master bedroom with sitting area, en-suite, ensuring that you have the perfect vacation in Florida. The Family room: The family room is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas , Cable T.V. DVD player, Stereo CD player, Play station 2 and a good selection of movies and games, board games, books , patio doors to pool area(alarmed),the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the parks. Dining area: Dining table for six, patio doors to lanai (alarmed). The Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern convenience's should you wish to prepare a meal, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, full range of crockery including patio set. Laundry room: full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes airer. Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable T.V., sitting area, walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan, en-suite bath with large walk in shower and tub, hairdryer, drawer space, alarm clock. Queen bedroom: Queen bed, walk in wardrobe, Cable T.V. overlooks pool area, drawer space, alarm clock. Double bedroom: Double bed, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, alarm clock. Cable T.V. overlooks pool area. Twin bedroom: Decorated for young girl, twin beds walk in wardrobe, drawer space, cable T.V. DVD player, alarm clock. Twin bedroom: Decorated in young boys style, twin beds, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, alarm clock, cable T.V.. DVD player, overlooks front of villa. Pool and spa: The pool area is block paved and screened, with high quality patio furniture, patio tables, chairs, loungers, covered lanai with ceiling fan for those al-fresco nights, both patio doors to pool area are alarmed for your peace of mind, a pool blanket is provided for use in the cool months Oct thru April ,the pool and spa overlook a landscaped area so no back to back neighbours, pool and spa heating is available for an additional cost. Games room: The games room consist's of a pool table, air hockey, darts. FREE WIFI , FREE PHONE CALLS to ALL U.S.A. Barbeque: A barbeque is available for guest's to use. Staying in a villa is a great way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, imagine you could be having breakfast on your own patio or chilling out with a nice long drink by the pool after a hectic day at one of the many theme parks. Tongue and groove pine walls and heart of pine floors through out the home. The large country kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, burled beach counters and front loading HE washer and dryer hidden in the bar. All new dishes, glassware, pots and pans. Lovingly remodeled with attention to every detail. Each piece of furniture was picked for it's space to be warm and welcoming. The living room is inviting and comfortable with lots of space to relax and watch the large TV with Sony home theater system. We also have free unlimited local and long distance telephone calls. (US and Canada) The master bedroom or "Captain's Quarters" has the romantic feel of days gone by with 400 thread count linens, a 32" flat screen TV with HD/DVR cable and DVD along with high speed wireless internet connection. (Wireless card needed.) The "Key West" bedroom is bright, lively and fun, with 400 thread count bed linens and a 27 in. SDTV flatscreen with cable and DVD. The "Surf Shack" has a tin ceiling, white washed walls and twin pine beds with designer bed linens. Enjoy playing the PS2, or watching cable TV in this too cool room, dude. Beautiful, serene and private, 300 steps from the beach. Our large treed lot with more than 30 palm trees is fully fenced in back for privacy and storage for your boat, motorcycle or what ever you want kept off the street. Make smores on the fire pit, just relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the fire or rock your cares away in the large new hammock. A white picket fence surrounds the front for quaint beach charm, enjoy the view from the porch rocking chairs. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, 2 surf boards, 2 skim boards and life jackets included for our guests stored in our garage along with the gas grill. And to clean off all of the beach sand that follows you home...an enclosed outdoor shower next to the back screened porch. Palm Cottage, quiet and relaxing with everything you need for a great vacation. Once you've been here...you wont want to leave and you'll always come back!
