Welcome to "Cranes Hollow" at High Grove, our dream home in the sunshine state,where we invite you to share our "dream". Comprising of high quality, executive villas in a lovely peaceful Setting, yet only a short distance from the many golf courses, shops and restaurants, located in a ideal position at the junction of highway 27 and the “192”. Why be squashed and cramped in a motel room or a small villa when you can have a 5 bed 3.5 bath 2.700sq ft fully furnished, air conditioned villa that sleeps 10, (no need for a sofa bed).The property is over 2 floors. The villa is light and airy and consists of 5 bedrooms all on the first floor, a large family room, dining area, lounge, patio doors to pool and patio (alarmed for your little ones safety)large master bedroom with sitting area, en-suite, ensuring that you have the perfect vacation in Florida. The Family room: The family room is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas , Cable T.V. DVD player, Stereo CD player, Play station 2 and a good selection of movies and games, board games, books , patio doors to pool area(alarmed),the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the parks. Dining area: Dining table for six, patio doors to lanai (alarmed). The Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern convenience's should you wish to prepare a meal, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, full range of crockery including patio set. Laundry room: full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes airer. Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable T.V., sitting area, walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan, en-suite bath with large walk in shower and tub, hairdryer, drawer space, alarm clock. Queen bedroom: Queen bed, walk in wardrobe, Cable T.V. overlooks pool area, drawer space, alarm clock. Double bedroom: Double bed, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, alarm clock. Cable T.V. overlooks pool area. Twin bedroom: Decorated for young girl, twin beds walk in wardrobe, drawer space, cable T.V. DVD player, alarm clock. Twin bedroom: Decorated in young boys style, twin beds, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, alarm clock, cable T.V.. DVD player, overlooks front of villa. Pool and spa: The pool area is block paved and screened, with high quality patio furniture, patio tables, chairs, loungers, covered lanai with ceiling fan for those al-fresco nights, both patio doors to pool area are alarmed for your peace of mind, a pool blanket is provided for use in the cool months Oct thru April ,the pool and spa overlook a landscaped area so no back to back neighbours, pool and spa heating is available for an additional cost. Games room: The games room consist's of a pool table, air hockey, darts. FREE WIFI , FREE PHONE CALLS to ALL U.S.A. Barbeque: A barbeque is available for guest's to use. Staying in a villa is a great way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, imagine you could be having breakfast on your own patio or chilling out with a nice long drink by the pool after a hectic day at one of the many theme parks. A villa vacation gives you the freedom to set your own timetable and allows you to come and go at you own pace. Florida is perfect for self catering holidays, with an abundance of restaurants and supermarkets close at hand. The villa is less than 10 minutes from Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and less than one hour to the Space centre or around 1.5 hours to the Gulf coast. Guest’s staying at High Grove also have the added benefit of free entrance to The Bahama Bay Resort which is a themed five star Caribbean resort with excellent facilities.

My luxury fully air-conditioned villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community on the US27, one mile north from the US192. The journey to Disney World is approximately 15 minutes, with all other attractions within easy reach. Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, shops (including a Walmart Supercenter) and golf courses are nearby! The pool and spa are south facing so you have the benefit of the wonderful Florida sun shining on the pool area from morning to early evening. The pool is 12' x 24' and can be used at anytime of the day or night; at night the pool can be lit with colour changing fibre optic lights. There is a built in spa which is operated by remote control and has the added bonus of additional air therapy jets. The pool may be heated for an additional charge. There is also the covered lanai / patio complete with a patio table and six chairs; perfect for breakfast or evenings, as well as a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun. Sun loungers are also provided. My home also boasts a fully air-conditioned games room comprising 8 ft pool table, 8ft air hockey table and electronic dartboard. Absolutely loved the Jacuzzi.” AMENITIES Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bath tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar. Cable TV is available in the living / family room and all of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console, DVD player, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use. A cot, high chair, 2 strollers and bed guard, if required, are provided at no extra charge. A gas Barbecue Grill is provided at no extra cost to you. A safe is installed to store your valuables. Sunrise Lakes also has a children's play area and communal pool. RENTAL RATES Rates are inclusive of all taxes. A deposit of £150 ($240) will secure your booking. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away full payment is required to secure your dates. A cleaning charge of £50 ($85) will be made for bookings of less than 7 nights.
