Comprising of high quality, executive villas in a lovely peaceful Setting, yet only a short distance from the many golf courses, shops and restaurants, located in a ideal position at the junction of highway 27 and the “192”. Why be squashed and cramped in a motel room or a small villa when you can have a 5 bed 3.5 bath 2.700sq ft fully furnished, air conditioned villa that sleeps 10, (no need for a sofa bed).The property is over 2 floors. The villa is light and airy and consists of 5 bedrooms all on the first floor, a large family room, dining area, lounge, patio doors to pool and patio (alarmed for your little ones safety)large master bedroom with sitting area, en-suite, ensuring that you have the perfect vacation in Florida. The Family room: The family room is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas , Cable T.V. DVD player, Stereo CD player, Play station 2 and a good selection of movies and games, board games, books , patio doors to pool area(alarmed),the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the parks. Dining area: Dining table for six, patio doors to lanai (alarmed). The Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern convenience's should you wish to prepare a meal, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, full range of crockery including patio set. Property Description: Palm Trees is a beautiful luxury 4 bed villa, with large pool and garden. The villa is professionally furnished to a very high and comfortable standard. Our local management team keep the villa spotlessly clean. It is very spacious ( larger than most 5 bedroomed villas ) and very well equipped for up to ten people - you won't need to keep putting the dishwasher on because you've run out of mugs !!!. Palm Trees is in the peaceful Four Corners community. It is ONLY 10/15 MINUTES FROM DISNEY, and 5 min from Champions Gate golf complex.There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. OUR NEW CONCIERGE SERVICE means a take away, taxi or anything else you need is only the push of a button away. The villa has a WiFi Internet system - just bring your laptop. Living Areas: Downstairs the main living area is open plan. There are two separate lounge areas with a double sofa bed ( beds 9 and 10) and entertainment centre with large flat screen TV, DVD player and films, in one section. There are plenty of comfortable sitting areas and two dining areas. The fully equipped, kitchen has a fridge/freezer, micro-wave, dishwasher, full cooker, coffee maker etc ( yes there is a tea pot!). and breakfast bar for quick snacks. From the kitchen and dining area patio doors lead out to the large pool with underwater lighting and garden.
