Location : Makarska / Splitsko-Dalmatinska / CroatiaApartments Makarska are situated in the west part of the city of Makarska, in Zelenka, just near the most beautiful beaches of Makarska. Our accommodation is brand new. Each apartment has a living room, bed room, toilette with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a view of the city, ensured parking space, satellite television and radio set. All apartments have computer with an ADSL internet connection, and WLAN for your personal laptop. Also all apartments have safe for your personal things. There are 5 apartments in total: green, yellow, blue and orange. Three of them are for two to four people (2+2, 52m2) and one of them is for four to six people (4+2, 65m2). There si also a BIG apartment for 7 - 10 people. Makarska is not only famous for its natural beauties but also for numerous of other leisure activities. There are various excursions, tennis courts (only few yards from our apartment), paragliding, diving lessons alpinism, cycling and great nightlife offers. Apartments Makarska offer also bike rental. Delightful 2 Bedroom House with A/C and Pools, Short Walk to Beach

Location : Garrucha / Andalucia / SpainOur house is part of the lovely Fuentemar Complex, with its well maintained gardens and superb pools. You will find ceiling fans and air conditioning in all the main rooms. The kitchen area has all the equipment required for a perfect holiday, this includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ ironing board, microwave, hob and oven. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There is also a full size table and chairs & rocking chair for you to sit back and relax. There is a TV with SKY for the English Channels. The bedrooms are nicely furnished. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a full sized bath with overhead shower. There is a great roof terrace with views of the surrounding mountains for sunbathing & enjoying that glass of sangria. The pools are one minute from the house, with a separate pool for the little ones. The house is close to a variety of restaurants and has many attractions close by including some of the best golf in Spain. Unlike the main tourist area of Mojacar, Garrucha gives you the real feel of the Andalusian way of life. Garrucha has a working fishing fleet & port, where fishing boats go out daily and the local restaurants still buy their fish. You feel that you are in Spain mixing with the locals, tasting fresh fish tapas along the port, shopping with the locals in the huge weekly markets, eating in traditional Spanish restaurants. This is an area where you will still get to practise your Spanish. However, should you wish to be amongst a more English crowd, Mojacar beach is just 5 mins drive away, so you have the best of both worlds. 'The hustle and bustle when you want it' and the escape to the peace and quiet when you don't. There are many restaurants of every nationality, bars, snooker & live music close by. To work off some of that food, golf, water sports facilities, paragliding, the local aqua park, karting, scuba diving, and tennis are all available in this lovely area. Things to do & See: About 5 minutes drive from the house is a great Aquapark, brilliant for children and adults of any age. Around 10 minutes drive is Mojacar village, a quaint Moorish village. With it's cobbled streets and white washed houses it has spectacular views. For all you cowboy buffs Mini Hollywood Theme Park is about 45 minutes away, a wild west town is recreated with shows, cowboy museum, restaurants, a zoo with an array of animals. This is where A Fistful of Dollars was filmed along with other famous westerns. Close by at Vera Town is the Vera Bull Ring, this is a historical bull fighting ring, you will have a guided tour by an ex-matador, who revels in his description of this event. There are still bull fights held here today Around 2 hours away after a picturesque ride, is the magnificent city of Granada where you can marvel at the world famous Alhambra Palace, and enjoy the Moorish city itself.

In the spring, summer and autumn the area is famous for fantastic walking and cycling, the pinnacle of which sees the Tour de France pass by the Chalet in July.
