Location : Motul / Yucatan / MexicoThe holiday bungalow in Motul has a big garden (1100 m2) and a private pool with a big terrace. Sunbeds are available. The bungalow has pleny of space, hot and cold water, television, a big kitchen etc etc.... Everything is there to have a great holiday! The bungalow (110 m2) has a spacious living room with televison, a table and chairs for 6 persons. There is the availability of a big kitchen with pans and pottery a small oven, tableware etc and the kitchen is equipped for cooking. The kitchen has direct access to the back terrace with the nice view on the swimming pool. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms both have a desk suitable for writing or for a laptop and there are large closets to store your cloth or personal belongings. On the bunk-bed in the living room there is a possibility for another 2 persons to sleep. The bungalow has a separate bathroom with a shower a sink to wash your hands or your face. There are 2 terraces (total 50m2) and one of them has a view to the swimming pool. The terraces are covered with a roof to protect you from the sun. However its always possible to be in the sun on the terrace. Available are a terrace table with 6 chairs, 2 long chairs, terrace chairs and a big parasol. The swimmingpool measures 7m x 4m and has a max dept of 1.6m. The house has a big terrain of 1122 m2 and is surrounded with a wall and a fence. Our dog loved it to be outside all day and he could not run away. The bungalow is close to the centre of Motul (900 m).

Bed and breakfast Merida Santiago is a relaxed real yucateca colonial style guesthouse with high standards in downtown Merida. We are a small Bed and Breakfast that can offer you a very good service with a personal touch in a high class accomodation. The B&B Merida Santiago building: B&B "Merida Santiago" is partly an old construction. It's front construction is under supervision of the national inheritage association. When reconstructing the building the best local materials were chosen. The columns are for example made from macedonia stone as well as the toptables and sinks in the bathrooms. The building has a large diningroom/reception and big semi open roof covered breakfast/bar area. It's also possible to have breakfast in the open sky, for example in our front garden with it's fountain. There is the availability of a large filtered pool (5m x 8m) which is deep enough to have a real swim (1.6m - 1.90m). The construction is in true yucatecan colonial style which means high ceilings, arches with colums, bright colours and lots of open area. The heigh ceiling regulate a better climate in the rooms. Futher we have many doors and windows to have a good ventilation and enough daylight if you want.... The atmosphere is open and the building will bring you in holiday mood as soon as you enter the front door! he B&B "Merida Santiago" location: The name of the B&B "Merida Santiago" comes from it's location. It´s located in the centre of Merida in the downtown neighbourhood Santiago. This means that all main downtown events are atwalking distance. The zocalo, the church, el palaccio de Gobierno, shops, market, cinema, bars, restaurant, supermarket, tourist information, zoo, theatre etc.. all of them are close by. The Rooms: Suite nr 1: Plenty of space (323 sq. ft./30 m2), heigh ceilings (12 ft./3.6 m), a ceilingfan, minisplit airconditioning with remote control, 3 windows and a big double door in Miami Style, a kingsize bed, a large size bathroom with 2 sinks made of macedonia stone on a macedonia toptable and a big rain shower. We almost forget to mention the swimming pool view and the sun terrace in the front with 2 sunbeds and 2 garden chairs. The suite can accomodate a maximum of 2 persons. Suite nr 2: Plenty of space (485 sq. ft./45 m2), heigh ceilings (12 ft./3.6m), 4 windows and a 2 big double doors in Miami Style, 2 queensize beds, hammock hooks, a large size bathroom with 2 sinks made of macedonia stone on a macedonia toptable, 2 ceilingfans, minisplit airconditioning with remote control, a 2 person hydrojet jacuzzi and a big seperate rain shower and with the swimming pool view with 2 sunbeds and 2 garden chairs, this rooms has everything to feel comfortable. The suite can accomodate a maximum of 4 persons.

The bungalow has a dining room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, a studio, a living room, a front garden and a back garden. The bungalow is not attached to it's neighbour houses. The diningroom has a dining table with 4 chairs and a closet with some wine cups. Attached to it is the open kitchen with microwave, blender, coffeemachine, dishwasher machine, refrigerator with deepfreezer, a stove with 4 heaters. The living room has a salon table, a smaller table, a sleeping couch which can be used for 2 people, 2 chairs, airconditioning and a small inside garden with some cactusses. The bedroom has a doble bed, airconditioning, a big closet with mirrors, cable tv with many channels in english, a dvd player with dvd's, a chair and tv furniture. The studio has 2 hammocks and a closet. On request we can put another bed here. The room has plenty of space for that... The bathroom has a sink with hot a cold water, a toilet and offcourse a shower. The front garden has a automatic gate with remote control and it's possible to put a car inside the property. Further it has a garden table and 2 chairs. The back garden has 2 lying chairs, a small table and a small shed with a washing machine for washing your cloth. You have all the convenience in this house! The location: The bungalow is located in the north of Merida. After the downtown this is the most dynamic part of Merida. There are many shops, big malls even with a icetrack (Liverpool) and it's on the road to Progresso where the inhabitants from Merida go for a swim in the sea. A busstop is at 50 m of the house and every 10 minutes is leaving a bus direction downtown. It's a 20 minutes drive with the bus to arrive there. From there you can have busses to many destinations. The cost to go downtown is only 5 pesos p.p. There is a pharmacie, a small supermarket, a internetcafe at only 100 m away from the house. At 250 m there is a big supermarket, a subway, a cafe/restaurant Havana, a blockbuster, a bank, a cardealer, a doctor, etc etc. There is a park 1 block away where you have a free WIFI connection. Studying spanish in Merida: The bungalow is very close to one of the better schools of Spanish schools of Merida There website is http://www.spanishschoolecora.com.
